Heather brings more than a decade of experience in auto body repair shop management and a lifelong connection to the collision repair industry. Coming from a family with generations of experience in auto body repair, Heather understands the importance of quality repairs, integrity, and exceptional customer service. With direct ties to Cannon’s Auto Refinishing and Collision, Heather developed the knowledge and leadership skills that have made her a respected professional in the industry.

Joining UltraColor Collision & Paint as Production Manager, Heather will oversee the repair process to help ensure every vehicle moves efficiently through our shop while maintaining the high standards our customers expect. Her experience will support our technicians, strengthen communication throughout the repair estimate process, and help us continue delivering timely, high-quality collision repairs.
